Oregon’s oldest glassblowing sutdio invites you to join us for an enjoyable trip up Immonen Road to watch craftspeople at work. You are welcome to visit us and watch as we draw glass with a blowing iron from a furnace 2000 degrees hot. We’ll blow it hollow, add more glass, block it, jack it, dent it, add bubbles and do all sort of things to get it into the shape we want. Then onto a pontil it goes so we can work the top and then, finally, into the lehr for annealing.
